Dywane has well over three decades of experience in portfolio and investment management. He serves both business and individual clients in working toward their financial goals. He is Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) and a Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF). Dywane serves an active client base of government, corporate professionals and retirees in the DC metropolitan area and others throughout the United States.

He is known for his focus on wealth management and retirement planning and is referred to by many as the "The Retirement Resource.". He has been featured in the Washington Post, Washington Times and on the cover of Research Magazine, a leading publication for financial professionals.  He has also been quoted in Black Enterprise magazine, Money Magazine and The Wall Street Journal.

As a LPL Financial Advisor he possesses the ability to translate complex financial concepts into everyday language. He conducts continuing education classes as a presenter for the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountant’s sharing retirement-industry topics to accounting professionals and uses this same gift in addressing thousands of university students each year on establishing good financial management skills. Dywane earned his undergraduate degree from Hampton Institute and a graduate degree from Pepperdine University. As a former Army Officer and as a current LPL Financial Advisor, Dywane helps people plan for some of the most important steps of their lives.

Lee V. Bethel CLU®, ChFC®, REBC®, RHU®, CAP®, AIF®

Lee has been in the insurance, employee benefit, investment and financial services field since 1979. He provides a full range of employee benefits. Lee brings coordinated services to provide corporate consulting on 401(k) plans and group life, health and disability insurance products. In offering coordinated services, he is equipped to help companies and human resource departments navigate the challenges and seeking to obtain the best strategies in offering employee benefit packages. He holds designations as a Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant, Registered Employee Benefit Consultant, Registered Health Underwriter Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy, Accredited Investment Fiduciary, Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor and Chartered Advisor for Senior Living. He is a requested industry speaker in Employee Benefit education. He has served on the Board of Trustees of the American College and as Chair of the Employee Benefit Section for the Society of Financial Professionals. A graduate of Morehouse College, he is married with 3 daughters and is an accomplished bass guitar player and the former director of a 20-piece church orchestra.
